I am just glad to be done with school. I honestly just want to relax this year for my birthday and just really celebrate my baby nephews birthday ( he was born the same day I was ). However I do want a couple of things. I would love to get a job before my birthday a well paying one. Goodie wise I want a couple of things..

Did we just finish our first semester at Life Pacific College?…

I can’t believe we are done! It honestly feels like just yesterday I was packing up and heading to my new home at LPC! Time surely has gone by so fast yet so slow. It is still so surreal to me that I am done and heading back home for 3 months. God has seriously blessed me with amazing people, teachers, and memories! He has stretched me in so many ways and I honestly have fallen more in love with God. It was not an easy semester but it was a memorable one.I learned so much and I can’t wait to learn more next school year. Yes I had moments when I hated being here and the people (not everyone) but God has worked in that area in my life and I have learned to love and see people the way He does and it has been amazing, hard, annoying, and fun. I can’t complain honestly I mean I have the privilege and freedom to go to school and learn about the word of God and who He is. I get to be equipped and get opportunities to travel across the world and do work! I can’t wait to enjoy my time off but I can’t wait to be back at the same time and learn more and make endless memories and get more involved. Cheers to a successful first year at a Bible College!!

Let us fall more in love with you…

I can’t really explain the feeling I have had since yesterday, I can’t describe it or put it in words. All I know is that I have been craving this feeling of not knowing but trusting God. Never in my dreams did I picture myself at LPC, Free Chapel, or in the unknown.I must say this, it has been an amazing adventure so far. God has been opening my eyes, molding me, shaping me, and allowing me to see what He see’s. I have a lot of things going on, none of them are life threatening or drama related, these things which I have to wait and trust on the Lord have been shaping me.

Last night was my first night actually serving at Free Chapel and get to know so many amazing leaders, and I must say it was amazing. What God did last night with the youth, young adults and everyone in there was without a doubt powerful. There was freedom in there and God was speaking through the pastor last night. I missed the feeling of being tired after a youth/ young adult event. It has been a feeling that I long have been missing for months now, and when I felt it yesterday night after service I knew I was home. One thing is for sure God is calling me there and I can’t fight it or make excuses any longer.

Even If I have a lot of things pending right now; living situations, work, school schedule, one thing is for sure God has things waiting for me and even if I don’t know them right now or have them figured out right now I know they are there. I just have to keep seeking God and trusting in Him. I am in such an amazing UnKnown Season right now and I am excited.

I have not had the chance to write in weeks. I have been so busy with school work, stress, family, and handling my unknown season. I find myself with 4 1/2 weeks left of school and I can’t tell you how excited I am. But yet how mentally tired I may be. I have endless papers to write, and group presentations as well as finals to study for. But it will all be over soon.

I am excited to go back home and be with my loved ones, but most of all I am excited to start serving at my new home church and really get involved. I plan to work full time this summer and take two on line classes but other than that I should have an easy load and go to work in ministry. I am excited for the next school year to start, due to the fact that I was new to this whole bible school thing, I feel like I will be more prepared and at a better state of mind. I am excited to commute and not live on campus. However I will miss those random moments at midnight.

I am enjoying my unknown season and just allowing God to do what He wants in my life. For the first time I really don’t have any set plans other than take those classes and serve like crazy over the summer. I am simply laying it all down for once and trusting that He will do the what He pleases in me.

I have 4 1/2 weeks to give it my all, let God shape me, spend endless hours at the library, eat the horrible caf food, and get to know some amazing people. I am excited for this last month and the outcome of it all. My prayer last summer was for God to send me and use me.. He has truly send me somewhere unexpected.
